社会問題についてやさしい英語／やさしい日本語という「シンプルな」言語で交流・議論する政治的進歩派 Discord コミュニティ、ProgrezTribe。
その立ち上げパーティーが明日5月10日土曜日の午後5時から8時まで東京・高円寺のTKA4で開催されます！
以下にイベントに関する全ての情報を掲載します。グラウンドルール、撮影ポリシー、そして写真や動画付きのアクセシビリティ情報まで網羅してるので、ここだけ見ればOKです！

グラウンドルール
利用規約の禁止事項が適用になります。以下、一般的によくある禁止事項（法令違反など）ではなく独自のルールを紹介します。
性差別、人種差別、自民族中心主義、健常者中心主義、同性愛嫌悪、トランス嫌悪、シス中心主義などに基づく発言をする行為、またはその恐れのある行為は禁止です。
このコミュニティは厳密な総意に基づいたコミュニティではなく、「反差別」や「包摂」など政治的進歩派に共通する価値観に基づいたものです。一度の会話で相手を説得しようとしないでください。意見が違うんだなということを受け止めるべき時もあります。
無知は社会における特権の結果として生じやすいことを理解し、他者の無知には寛容に、自身の無知には謙虚でありましょう。

研究者、報道関係者、その他一定規模以上の発信プラットフォームを持つ人は、本サービス利用中に見聞きした他者の視点、意見、考えなどを盗用しないよう十分に注意してください。適切なクレジット（誰の視点、意見、考えであるかを示すもの）を付けずに発表されたものは盗作となりますので、あなたの所属する機関や出版社に報告したり、公にあなたを非難することになります。
トリガーウォーニングの適切な利用は推奨されます。
ルール違反に対して運営者から注意を3回受けた参加者は、3回目の注意と同時に退場しなければなりません。
撮影ルール
今回のイベントでカメラに映りたくない場合は
お手数ですがマスク等顔を隠せるものをご持参ください。
念のため余分にマスクを持っていきます。
今後ProgrezTribeで開催していくディスカッションのイベントでは誰もが自分の考えや気持ちを共有しやすい場にすることが重要なので、事前に明確な許可を得た場合を除き参加者を撮影したり参加者の音声を録音することは厳格に禁じる予定です。
しかし5月10日のイベントは立ち上げパーティですし、特に、パーティータイムやニキとのトークセッションに関してはだいぶ性質が異なります。
そこで5月10日の撮影ルールを用意しました。繰り返しになりますが、このルールは今後のディスカッションイベントには適用されません。
以下のルールにかかわらず、すべての人のプライバシーを尊重するよう最大限努めてください。例えば特定の人に「映さないでください」と言われたらその人にカメラを向けるのをやめ、既にその人が写ってしまった素材は公開しないとか。カメラから顔を隠すようにした人がいたら、それはNOの意味だと解釈するとか。

アクセシビリティについて
ライブ字幕をスクリーンに表示します。日英両言語のライブ字幕に加えて翻訳が出るアプリを使うのですが、精度は100%ではありません。もしスクリーンに表示されている文面がおかしい時は挙手をしてスクリーンを指差して頂けたら幸いです。
脳卒中などの後遺症で言語にかかわる困難があったり、吃音があったり、その他コミュニケーションに影響を及ぼしうる言語的状況であったとしても、それによって私たちのイベントへの参加を諦めないでください。ProgrezTribe のイベントでは、ゆっくり話したり、文の途中で止まったり、他の人の言ってることを理解できなくて質問したりしても、全く問題ありません。
会場のトイレはアクセシビリティの高いトイレではありませんが、すぐ近くの公園にふたつ誰でもトイレがあります。会場の北側にひとつ、南側にひとつあります。
車椅子利用の場合は、東高円寺駅の出口１で蚕糸（さんし）の森公園に出るエレベーターに乗ってください。エレベーターを出たら目の前の道路（小道ではなく大きい方です）を西に向かい、高架のある非常に大きな道を渡ったら左に曲がってください（その非常に大きな道の右側の歩道に乗る形です）。そのまま進むと右側にTKA4があります。入り口には金属のドアレールがありますが、車椅子でもさっと乗り越えられると思います。もし当日道路封鎖などで会場まで来れない状況になっていたら LINE で kb526 までご連絡ください。

ProgrezTribe is finally launching tomorrow (Saturday, May 10; 5-8PM) at the kick-off party at TKA4 in Koenji!

Our Terms of Service apply. Below is the list of rules unique to our community.
Making statements based on or likely to cause discrimination based on gender, race, ethnocentrism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, or ciscentrism is prohibited.
This community is not based on strict consensus but on values shared among political progressives, such as "anti-discrimination" and "inclusion." Please do not try to persuade others in a single conversation. There are times when you should agree to disagree.
Understanding that ignorance often arises from privileged positions in society, it is important to be tolerant of others' ignorance while being humble about one's own.
All members are expected to respect each other and strive to foster a culture of healthy discussion.
This community is not a safe space but a safer space (a place that aims to be more safe, not inherently safe).
Researchers, journalists, and others with platforms of a certain scale must take great care not to plagiarize the perspectives, opinions, or ideas of others encountered while using the Service. Publishing without proper credit (indicating whose perspective, opinion, or idea it is) constitutes plagiarism and may result in reports to your institution or publisher, or public condemnation.
The appropriate use of trigger warnings is recommended.
A violation of these rules will face a strike. On a third strike, you will have to leave the venue immediately.
Filming policies
If you are not comfortable being filmed at the event,
please bring a sanitary mask etc. with you to cover your face.
I’ll bring some extra masks just in case.
In our future discussion events, where it’s of utmost importance that everyone feels welcome and comfortable to share their ideas and feelings, I will be implementing strict policies against filming participants and/or recording their voices without explicit consent obtained beforehand.
However, the May 10 event is a launch party and thus of a very different nature, especially during the party sections and talk session with Nikki.
Here’s the filming policies for May 10——again, these do not apply to any future discussion event.
Regardless of what the rules below allow, please do your best to respect everyone’s privacy. For example, if someone asks you to stop filming them, stop immediately and don’t share the footage in public. If someone hides their face from the camera, take that as a no.
Still photography - permitted (conditions apply - see below)

Also, you are not allowed to…
shoot a video continuously for longer than 3 minutes
shoot a video while someone is speaking (except Masaki, Nikki, and TKA4 staff)

zoom in on someone with a focal length exceeding 70mm
participate for the sole purpose of taking photos/videos
obstruct or inconvenience other participants e.g. leaving a large camera bag on the floor unattended

Accessibility
Live captions will be provided on the screen. We will use a bilingual live captioning app that also shows live translation. It’s not 100% accurate, though, and I humbly ask you to raise your hand and point to the screen if you see something that doesn’t make sense.
If you are experiencing post-stroke language difficulties, stuttering, or any kind of language situation that may affect your communication, please do not let that stop you from participating in our event. In ProgrezTribe events, it’s perfectly okay to speak slowly, stop mid-sentence, ask other people to clarify, etc.
The restroom at the venue is not a very accessible one. However, there are two accessible public restrooms just outside the venue: one north of the building where the venue, TKA4, is housed, and the other one south, both in the same park adjacent to the building.
If you’re a wheelchair user, use Exit 1 at Higashi-Koenji Station to find the elevator to Sanshinomori park. Once out the elevator, go toward the west on the street (not the little path——the big one). Keep going until you have crossed a very wide street with a huge overpass, then turn left (you’ll be on the sidewalk on the right side of the wide street). Keep going and you’ll see TKA4 on your right. There’s metal door rails but I’m sure any wheelchair user can get past them very easily. If you have trouble getting to the venue e.g. a blockage, please contact me at kb526 via LINE.
